There exists a certain structure to storytelling that creates optimal story flow, known as beats, these are important moments that should come naturally within the plot structure: introduction, exposition, rising action, climax, and resolution.

Formatting is a special kind of skill, and Word, while great for writing a book, is not the best at outputting the correct layout for the different styles needed. Ebooks for example come in two flavors: KDP requires Mobi, while all other retailers use Epub. I can convert both of those as well as create the PDF version for print (hardcover and soft) to work with your printer.
