So, if you remember my message about a month ago, I've had some pretty bad luck in the job department. That has led me to take a different direction with things. Rather than sitting on my butt, I want to do something productive with the skills I have. I've been in the publishing industry for ten years. In that time I have learned quite a bit. How my manuscript critiquing services work:
My rates are $35 per hour. Before we begin work, I'll discuss with you the genre, chapter, and word count of your current manuscript. From thee I'll give you an estimate on how many hours it will take me to review and notate your manuscript. This way we both go into this process with clear understanding of time involved and cost. Once we agree on the hours this project will take, I'll send over an invoice for that amount. 50% of the invoice is due at time of service with the remainder due when I return your document with notes.Let's get started. Affordable and quality book formatting for your Novel!
Formatting is a special kind of skill, and Word, while great for writing a book, is not the best at outputting the correct layout for the different styles needed. Ebooks for example come in two flavors: KDP requires Mobi, while all other retailers use Epub. I can convert both of those as well as create the PDF version for print (hardcover and soft) to work with your printer.

For Print Books:
When completed, you will receive a PDF draft of your completed book layout for you to review before the final PDF is made. PDF’s will be delivered in a print-ready format based on your trim size and printer specifications.
My fee is $35 per hour. Formatting jobs vary depending on how long or complicated the manuscript is and how many versions need to be created. We will discuss all the variables prior to starting a project so you know, up front, what your estimated cost will be. Once a price is agreed on I will send an invoice to be paid 50% up front with the remainder due when you approve the final files.
