K.S. Hello and welcome to the blog. I am very excited to have you here. Why don't we start off with a small introduction? Tell us a little about yourself.
G.H. My name is George Sherman Hudson I was born and raised in Atlanta Ga.. I am owner of G Street Chronicles and the author of the best selling title Drama. I have two biological kids and one step daughter that I love like she was my own. I'm engaged to Erica Jones who is also my publishing company COO.
K.S. Any interesting writing quirks or stories you would like to share with my readers?
G.H. I can only write with a specific pen if I don't have my special Zebra BP pen I won't write until I get it. Its a crazy habit I'm trying to break.
K.S. When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? What sparked the desire to pen your first novel?
G.H. When I was in prison reading a Terri Woods book. It made me want to tell my story. That same day I just started writing down ideas and a few weeks later I started formatting my book.
K.S. What genre do you write?
G.H. Urban fiction. Its easy to write about your own real life experiences.
K.S. What would you say has inspired you most in your writing career? Or, who is your favorite author and why?
G.H. Vickie Stringer inspired me the most. She started off as an author then became the Queen of urban lit with her urban book company Triple Crown.
K.S. What does your family think of your writing?
G.H. They love my stories. They love my business venture more.
K.S. What was one of the most surprising things you learned while creating your book?
G.H. The most surprising thing I learned was that I have a very creative mind. I knew I could put a story together but while writing my first novel I found my God given talent and that was writing a story line that gave readers a vivid and clear picture of what your story is about.
K.S. What inspired you to write your novel?
G.H. A female friend that was going through a tough time in her relationship. I put the typical street story to the side and gave readers a look into the life three women surviving life up and downs.
K.S. Can you tell us a little about your novel?
